An open plan kitchen offers Smeg appliances with an electric oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and is well equipped for those who love to entertain. The dining and living area have access to the deck where you can relax on the modern outdoor furniture while enjoying a BBQ with views across the parklands to the ocean. The 2nd living area has another large flat screen TV, DVD with library, all to enjoy whilst curling up on the sumptuous leather couch. The European laundry has Miele front loading washing machine and a dryer. Climate control is by hydronic central heating and a large split system air-conditioner in the lounge area. This beautiful apartment has lift entry directly to your Penthouse - no need to haul baggage upstairs. But more importantly, enabling easier access for anyone with mobility challenges. One designated garage space. (Please note street parking for further vehicles). The shared grounds of the development provide a peaceful ground level amenity.
