The house is in immaculate condition, having just been renovated with new floors, large entertaining deck with BBQ, outdoor sitting area with fire pit, new dining room and front loading washing machine. There are 2 main bedrooms with Queen beds and a 3rd room with bunk beds for 4 kids. 1 bunk is a double at the bottom. Bed linen and towel provided. Surrounded by water - Manyana beach and Green Island is at the end of the street and the crystal clear water of Lake Conjola is a 5 minute walk away. Berringer Lake is a 5 minute drive for skiing or a 5 minute drive to the secluded beaches at Bendalong. Cunjurong Point is a secluded natural haven. Swimming, surfing, fishing, skiing, canoeing, bike riding, walking, reading or sleeping the options are yours and on your doorstep. 30 minute drive away is Historic Milton and intermediate level mountain trails up to Pigeon House mountain.
